Teachers
The teachers at Alaya Prescchool are Group Leader Qualified according to the state of Colorado Department of Human Services, our licensing agency. Lead teachers have a bachelor's degree in various programs including the Arts and Early Chldhood Education. Some teachers have been with Alaya as long at 10 years. Staff turnover is minimal due to the long-term professional goals and dedicatin of Alaya's staff. Alaya acredits it teacher longevity to its ongoing comitment to building community and to professional development.
